During the school year, Juniors (aged 12-18) practice weekdays after school and Saturday mornings. Adults get together in the evenings according to their family and work schedules.

The MN Power Pull

The 2015 Power Pull was a great success! Here are some highlights: http:
  • The Minnesota Power Pull is the official Minnesota Indoor Rowing State Championship. We had over 100 competitors at this event and everyone of you gave it your best effort. We had personal bests from so many of our rowers.
  • Winter Schedule

    Practices for juniors during the winter will be every day Monday - Friday between 3:30-5:30 pm and on Saturday at 8:30 am. During the winter, practices are held on the lower level of The First Presbyterian Church. Please contact David Chan for more information.
